Return Policy
At Vaux Bicycle, we ensure that our customers receive only high-quality products. As our products are generally non-returnable, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- Eligible Reasons for Return:
- Different Product: If the product received is different from what was ordered.
- Manufacturing Defect: If there is a defect in the product.
- Damage: If the product is damaged during transit or has missing parts.
- Process for Returns:
- Documentation: Customers must first share photos and a video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product with our team via email at vcare@vauxbicycle.com or WhatsApp at 9316724276/9316724279.
- Team Review: Our team will analyze the provided evidence and assess the condition of the case.
- Resolution:
- For missing or damaged parts, we will provide replacements.
- For defects or other issues requiring service, we may offer doorstep assistance.
- Pickup Arrangements:
- If the return is approved by the Review Team, we will initiate a pickup. Customers must pack the item with all accessories in the original box securely.
- If a pickup service is unavailable in the customer’s location, they must ship the product to us. Courier charges up to ₹1,000 will be reimbursed to the bank account details shared by the customer upon receipt of a valid receipt.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Expect the refund to be credited to the original payment method within 5 working days of inspection approval. For COD orders Refunds will be processed to the bank account shared by the customer.
- Non-Returnable Scenarios:
- Returns due to size issues, color preferences, or any reason outside the listed eligible reasons will not be accepted.
