1) What size bike should I buy?
Size of the bike should be determined according to the height of the cyclist, for which we have a great sizing tool to find the best fit for you and your loved ones. Click here to find the best fit.
2) Where can I see or try Vaux bikes?

3) How to buy a bike from Vaux bicycle website?
- You can shop by selecting a product category and view more details of the desired product from that category.
- Select your favorite color and add it in cart by selecting the “add to cart” button.
- You can review the items in cart and then proceed to “check out” and follow the simple payment instructions.

4) How to assemble a Vaux Bike?
Vaux bicycles are 85% – 99% assembled in the box. It includes tool kit and an assembly manual using which you can assemble your bicycle (also you can see our Assembly video). In case you are not sure about it Vaux recommends getting it done by a technician locally.
5) Is my bike under any warranty?
Yes, Vaux bicycles come with life time frame warranty. Vaux believes in providing Quality, Durability & Reliability for all our products to the customer. Click here to know more about warranty terms
6) What payment method is accepted on Vaux bicycle website?
We accept payments made through NEFT, internet banking, Debit card, Credit card, wallets & UPI. We do not accept cash on delivery.
7) Is it safe to use a credit card & debit card?
All credit and debit card transactions on site are processed using Razorpay, a secured payment gateway which encrypts user’s data in a secure environment.
8) Is my personal information secure?

9) Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes you need to register, after clicking on checkout you need to fill in basic information such as name, address, contact, email address to place an order.
10) I’m facing issue with an order, what should I do?
