Cancellation Policy

At Vaux Bicycle, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- If you request to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will process a full refund within 24 working hours.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
- If your cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, the refund will be initiated once the shipment is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) by the courier.
- The refund will be processed within 3 working Days after the RTO status is confirmed.
